Constant nausea!!!!

UGHH I know im still so early in my pregnancy (week 8) but I cannot get over this constant nausea! It's been going on for several days now.

It's as soon as I wake up until the moment I go to bed. If I'm not laying down then I'm nauseous 🥲🥲 someone please help
