Faint Line, cramps

Community, please give me some insight. I had a DNC at the end of May and have been trying to conceive since the clear in August. My cycle is due today. I have been cramping in my back a lot since Monday which is common with my cycle so i expected it to come. When it was not here by this morning i tested and got this faint line. I am not sure what to think. I don’t know whether it’s accurate or if i should believe it since my cycle is technically not late and due to the cramps. I wonder if it’s a chemical or if the cramping is a bad sign. I will retest in the morning. Please give me any advice or thoughts you may have and send good vibes my way. My anxiety is at its peak.
