We've been ttc for 7 months. This is my first month charting bbt with tempdrop. I've never charted bbt before so I have no idea what I'm looking at lol any insight? I do have pcos

Answer

You need three temps higher than the previous 6 to show ovulation. You might have one higher temp towards the end of your chart but it won’t prove ovulation until you have at least two more that high. Keep temping!
