Ovulation tests help.

My period ended cycle day 9 and last month got a positive like cycle day 18 but I didn’t test 16&17 cause I had only limited tests. This month I had two cases- one gifted and one I bought. So I started everyday after my period and I’m just so confuseddddd. It doesn’t show I got a positive at all day 14 I thought I must be close but it dropped again. Idk. It’s a lot of stress and only my second month trying these lol. And like 5th month trying I think. I have thyroid issues so it does scare me- I’m in support groups and on meds and talked to doctors I just don’t understand how this month I haven’t ovulated yet. I bought a thermometer to try that but ofcc my package came without it and I’m overseas so no I can’t just order another cause packages take weeks / months to get to me as the tests I did order I ordered forever ago and received them last week. I take them awkward hours cause my body’s on a awkward schedule lol.
