I haven't eaten since 9:30pm and it's now 11:50am.

I am have a Laparoscopy today, been here since 08:00am.

Is it normal to take so long? They already bumped up my admission time because they had to add "another" C-section. This is my first every surgery so I don't know whether it's the norm or not.

Thanks Sam. As I mentioned this was my first ever surgery and I understand that my admission was bumped up for several c sections which is fine. It just would have been nice to get some feedback or for any of the nurses to at least check in on me, I was alone in that room for hours. My surgery also wasn't optional, I have extreme period cramps, extreme clotting and my tubes blocked so it also needed to be done.
