I just took my first month of letrozole 2.5mg to help with ovulation and I have been testing with opks since the last day of my period. Can letrozole affect the opks and give false reading? My apps say ovulation is on the 6th on three of my apps and one app says the 8th so I’m trying to track both opks and bbt but this is throwing me off.

We have been Ttc number 1 for 4 years now with just finding out i have PCOS and never have I gotten a peak on opks, so this month I’m hoping to get that surge!

Also on another subject- can one opk test have a different level to read it. I used the same pee for two tests and one showed up and the second test (different brand) showed nothing at all.
