Missed 2 pills

I have been on BC pills for years and I recently wanted to switch to the IUD. When I went to my doctor they told me to delay my period a week. My pills got all screwed up and I ended up missing Monday and Tuesday of the first week of a new pack. I had sex that Saturday. He didn’t finish in me and I took a Plan B the next day due to missing pills. The day we had sex was also the end of my period. Should I be concerned about being pregnant?
