Breast pump suggestions ??

Whats the best or more recommend breast pump I’m currently 34 weeks and still can’t decide which one I want. I wanted a free hands pump I have a toddler and can’t be connected to the wall I tried the mom cozy but it didn’t empty me at all 😩

Spectra is what I used and I loved it. I worked 12 hour shifts with my first, so I required a good pump to keep my milk supply up. Using a “portable” pump, such as the Elvie may decrease your supply if you have to work and pump.
I would suggest looking at your pumping needs and doing some research. Contacting a local IBCLC could provide you with some guidance. There are some wonderful IBCLCs on Instagram who can give you more information (pumpwithpurpose is one).

I have the Elvie and love it! It is expensive though, but my insurance covered half. If you can swing it, it’s a good pump and has helped my mental health a lot to be able to do things while pumping.

I liked the Medela freestyle flex the machine fits nicely tucked in bra while pumping . The momscozy one sucks
