When to try again after a MC

Me

I have an elementary schooler. I haven’t been with anyone in about a decade (sad, I know)…so I decided to be a single mom by choice this time around. I’m 36 and I got pregnant my very first IUI with the use of ovadril. I started miscarrying as of yesterday. I would have been 6 weeks today. US confirmed baby stopped growing at 5w0d. I have no known fertility issues. I did genetic testing and chose a donor who also did genetic testing before the IUI. Emotions set aside, physically, when can I start trying again? Im finding mixed reviews online. I’ve found studies that say I can start in two weeks when I ovulate to 6 months from now. My doctor told me yesterday, “whenever I’m ready.” What do you think? How long did you wait to try again? How many attempts after your MC did it take you to conceive of did you not? Please tell me your opinions and I’m open to hearing about your personal experience. I’m not getting any younger but it’s also not cheap!
