Could I be in labor?

I am currently pregnant with my second child. I would like to think I will know when I am in labor. I carried high risk with my first child and am currently carrying another high risk baby. I am constantly dehydrating due to how bad my morning sickness still is (36 weeks). I was dilated to a 2 on Tuesday. I have had constant Braxton hicks throughout most of my pregnancy due to the dehydration. I have had them today like normal but I also have a few other symptoms. I feel an abnormal amount of pressure. That came on after grocery shopping. And my nipples and some of my boobs are shooting with pain. I’ve also had diarrhea the past two days. Which I’ve heard can mean I’m close to labor.

I don’t want to drive a whole hour to labor and delivery if not necessary but I feel like my kids head is about to pop out baby is so low with so much pressure.
