Which temp should I record?
Okay so I’m very irregular sleeper, I don’t really have exact time where I take my bbt and apparently it’s fine at least I got 3 hours solid sleep.
Last night I slept from
12-2: first temp I took was 36.07 and I took another one back to back and it was 36.14. (Sometimes I don’t understand how a few seconds difference can give such a different temp?)
Then I had a solid sleep from 2-5 and I took another temp and it was 36.19.
Which one should I record?
