How much is a 1 and a half yr old supposed to talk? He talks enough to put together short sentences and phrases but he seems to be uninterested in learning things like numbers, letters, colors and shapes. He knows all the animals and their sounds. He used to sing the alphabet to G and now he doesn’t and he used to know about 4-5 colors and now only knows yellow and he used to count to 3 and now just says “two five!” He still CAN count to 3 if I start with saying “one” but then he goes “one two three two five!” Is it normal for him to forget or just not care? He very interested is talking as he copies everything anyone says but learning other things is a big fat no to him
