high hcg at 6+6/7 ?!

I just got my first hcg drawn Friday and it came back as 190,000 which seems really high?! But my transvaginal ultrasound that same day showed a single embryo with a strong HR 159 … Im so worried and confused because its so high!!? Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal?! This is my first pregnancy and the anxiety is so real …. Also light bleed/spotting x1 after that transvaginal ultrasound and brown spotting the day after :(

Also panicking because if it doubles by tomorrow/Monday - then its 380,000 ?! 😩
