TTC After Miscarriage

Had a full blown period red blood n all for 5 days that's normal for me.. 5 days after I got multiple positive pregnancy tests.. I spotted brown for like a week after the positives. I went to the ER for ovary pain they did am ultrasound and only found bilateral cysts 1 on each ovary no gestational sac or anything. My hcg level was 61.9. They told me it's either an early miscarriage or a chemcial. Well I stopped spotting and I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was a tad darker than the ones I took before. My first appointment with my OB is on the 15th... I'm so confused.
