Feeding too much?

I had my baby the 3rd of November so he is a little over a month old he started with 2 ounces every 2 hours but the last 2 weeks he’s been doing 4-6 ounces every 2-2.5 hours. He’s not spitting up or anything but according to the internet and this app it’s soooo much anyone else’s baby do this is he okay?

My daughter was born 11/2 she was premature and is also eating between .5-5 oz. Her pediatrician said feed her as much as she wants. At night she eats .5 oz-1oz every 20-30 minutes during the day she will eat 5 oz then sleep 4 hours straight. She has her nights and days mixed up.

Mine is around the same age and he’s been going through growth spurts where he’s eating up to about 6 oz in 2 hours and I had brought this up to my pediatrician and she said as long as baby isn’t spitting up then he should be fine. It’s almost impossible to overfeed a baby as they typically let you know when they’ve had enough. You can always double check with your pediatrician to be sure!

My baby was born around the same time and at some of her feeds will drink an entire 4 Oz bottle and then she’ll want more an hour or so later
