Could I get pregnant this cycle ?

I’ve been wanting to surprise my fiancée for Christmas by telling him I’m pregnant. He has no kids and he’s a bit older than me by 14 years. We both expressed how we both wanted children and we’re both ready. The only problem is we’ve been trying for six months and still nothing. We used PRESEED this cycle so I’m hoping we’re pregnant. Any advice to what could be delaying me from getting pregnant?

It just takes time for many people. Six months is quite common/normal. I wouldn't assume there is any issue.

Were on the same cycle but my boyfriend and I didn't have intercourse on ovulation day but did the two days leading up and the day after (he went to his mom's for a night because she just moved to our city and didn't want to stay in her home alone so it's understandable) wishing you the best of luck!

I was haven a hard time with the East at home test strips plus the app it’s easy all over the place and so I was just TTC every other day but the stress was getting to me this was happening for about 2-3 months so I said screw it and spent the $30 for the clear blue advanced digital test and this go around when my period ended I used 2 strips a day until I say any kind of high increase in numbers on the app and just based off what the lines looked liked and then started the clear blue once a day in the mornings like it says to do and the first 2 had the circle for low fertility but then I got the surge and then I got the peak so fingers crossed jn two weeks I’m pregnant! How are you tracking ovulation? If you’re going off of the app it’s just a guess. 6 months isn’t really a long time to be trying, although I know it feels like it!
