10DPO and nothing yet

I’m currently 10DPO TTC baby #1. I took a test at 8DPO that hours later showed positive. Since then, I’ve tested and nothing. I’m experiencing the MOST sore breasts I’ve ever had, backaches, fatigue, and bloating. These, especially the sore breasts, have never been signs of AF before, but I’m so frustrated when I get these negative tests. Anyone else experiencing this currently? Am I just crazy thinking about these symptoms? I know 10DPO is still early.
