Skipped ovulation??

I need help understanding what is happening! This is my second cycle after having a chemical, and we’re TTC. I tested my ovulation with a clearblue digital test on day 12 of my cycle, and got a “low”, I didn’t test for 2 days and now tested again on day 15, and still got a “low”… does it mean I won’t ovulate this cycle? Or should I keep testing? Before the chemical I used to be very regular in my cycle, and now I’m not sure anymore as on the app everything keeps getting pushed further.

Please help!
