Keep baby entertained in car seat at night

I’ve got a nice big touch and feel book for baby during the day, but what could I use at night? Atm, using YouTube on the phone and I’m hating it because I’m fearful of her eyesight but baby very disturbing and noisy and crying at night, and that’s nearly caused us to have a collision in our panic and worry.

If it’s that bad at night then maybe try to limit going out to only if absolutely necessary. I’m sure she’ll outgrow this phase but if it’s that stressful on everyone then Id say just try and avoid it

How old is baby? 
Is there no way to time driving to when baby should nap?  That was what we did when the kids were babies - here there absolutely no sunlight from November till late January.
