Honestly have your husband wear a condom if he can, and also you have to tell your feelings too him because he might not understand why you are feeling that way. Plus with you have Birth control that is very helpful!
Scared of getting pregnant
How do I get over my extreme fear of getting pregnant again? I just had my first 3 months ago, she was a surprise baby. I love her more than anything of course but I do not want another at all or for years if I decide to. I’ve had severe post partum depression that started during my third trimester so I cannot handle that again or another child. I got an iud at 9 weeks pp, everything combined has kind of killed my sex drive anyways but I barely want to do anything with my husband because I’m so scared of getting pregnant again. I don’t know what to do

Use condoms or go on birth control or if you are done having children, ask your partner to get a vasectomy or you can get your tubes cut. And aside from sex (penetration) there are a lot of other sexual pleasures that can take place between couples. Explore all of your options; it can be avoided without stopping sex and you do not need to be fearful about it. I wish you all the best!
