First Appointment

I have my first appointment Dec 16, I’m just wondering what the first appointment is like. We’ve already discussed on the phone we will be doing IVF but we haven’t really talked about much else. Can I get some stories on how the first appointment goes and what usually happens?

I’ve already done a couple medicated cycles, clomid & Femara don’t work for me properly. Uterine lining only going as high as 7 & producing 7 follicles at 14 mm and 4 follicles at 16mm.
