Feeling very faint, anyone have this?

breastfeeding and have had clogged ducts for a few days. I’ve gotten mastitis before but idk what this is. I’ve developed a lump feeling in my throat. It’s been 2 days since the lump feeling and now it’s really bothering me. I’m not feverish but I woke up feeling super weak and I’m so dizzy. It feels so weird but like my head is spinning. I have bad weakness in my arms. Thinking abt getting checked out if this doesn’t get better.
