Sex after miscarriage

My dr said we’re clear to have sex when I stop bleeding but here we are 2+ weeks later and I’m still having brown spotting. Does that count? I’ve been counting it since it’s “old blood”. We are READDYYY to just enjoy each other again 😩 but this little bit of brown spotting just doesn’t seem to wanna go away totally. I’ll go through almost the whole day then it’ll be like girl you thought 👀
