Covid first trimester

I tested positive for Covid at 5 weeks 5 days. Minor symptoms and no fever. My doctor told me not to go in the office unless I experienced worse. I just spoke with my midwife today and she mentioned some concern with having Covid in the first trimester and will now require a growth scan at 36 weeks. She also mentioned I should not tell my parents until 11 weeks just to be safe. I ended our conversation in more a panic than I went in with! Any advice or words of wisdom from anyone who had Covid that early in their pregnancy.
