Curious

Would love some opinions. I’m planning on talking to my doctor but am just curious what some others might say.

Last year I had received multiple positive pregnancy test at about 4weeks after what would be conception. I was having serve cramps and heavy bleeding right after I tested. I kept testing every other day that week and got negatives. Didn’t think anything of it.

A month latter I went in for my pap and got a negative pregnancy test which was expected. Didn’t mention it to my doctor then cuz I didn’t think anything of it.

Now I’m wondering if it was what I guess is considered a chemical pregnancy?
