Boobs feel weird

So my husband and I have decided it's time to try for our 2nd but to not obsess over it.

Here lately I have been having like a burning/tingling sensation in my breast. When I sit down I'm more aware of it. If I rest my hands on them I feel it more as well. With my first I didn't have any symptoms other than a missed period. I always read that your nipples are sensitive first. I have also been having cramps for like the past week. AF isn't due till 12/20.

We Bd 11/6 and 11/10 my fertile week. Started period 11/22. I have always had 20/21 days in between periods. With my 1st I found out at 5 weeks and had a "period"

Could this be a pregnancy symptom?
