Evap? light bleeding or spotting? help

Pretty irregular I think after having bilateral tubal ligation wayback 2015 when I was 20. Last november 2nd week spotted for 2 days after that 3 days light bleeding that doesnt fill a pad and last week of november had another spotting plus cramping for almost 2 weeks it is everytime I use force there is drop of blood without clots it is on and off so I thought my heavy flow will follow but no so I took pregnancy test to see "maybe" and hoping to get preggo. Please help if someone is on the same boat as me. BTW I am a heavy bleeder from 1st day of period.
