Implementation bleeding?

Hi, me & my husband have been trying for over a year and i took my 1st round of clomid last month. I got confirmation from my obgyn that I did ovulate. Could this possibly be implantation bleeding? I've had really tender nipples & cramping for the last couple of days. Thank you for any advice.
