My bbt post ovulation aren’t as high as usually; what does it mean?

Top pic is my cycle in September and when I had a chemical, bottom is my current cycle. What could it be possibly mean that my temps post ovulation aren’t as high as my usual cycles? I’m usually around 36.7C/98.06F around 4 dpo but this time around it’s only 36.5C/97.7F.

Should I be concerned? Does it mean low progesterone?

Has anyone had a successful outcome from low rising bbts after O?
