Everyday headache I'm third trimester

I have am 30 weeks pregnant and since 28 weeks pregnant I get a headache eating ,drinking water or soda doesn't work a week ago I was 136 lbs I'm now 144 lbs but blood pressure is excellent no changes in diet or daily activity but I have to take Ibuprofen pr it will just get worse throughout the night I have a ob appointment next week but I'm not sure if I should go ahead and call

Also I've been on zofran since my second trimester because I'm extremely sick still so I'm not sure how I gained so much in a week
