Help girls !

So I’ve never been to the gym, usually I’ve just worked out at home but I realized I would feel more motivated if I actually had a PLAN. (Workout plan / eating plan)

So I’m wondering if any of you can help either giving me one or sharing yours maybe similar to me. So I’m a 23 year old female, I’m 5’3 I weigh 140 pounds, my body type is pretty average but I wanna get toned! More then anything I want a BIG BUTT. I used to be really fit but after I had my baby I completely stopped and my ass turned flat! I feel like I don’t have a nice body at all! I hate it & it makes me feel so insecure. I just wanna have like an hourglass figure like most of us girls! Can you guys please help me with a workout plan? I’m gonna start going to the gym but I really need help, possibly a meal plan too? Just an example of what you girls do. Thank you!!😭😭😭 I would appreciate it <3 :)
