Braxton hick and dialated ? Almost 34w

Has anyone experienced Braxton hick were your belly tightens and also at the same time it feels like your vagina is opening. Done this twice already. Normally when I have BH my stomach just tightens for a min and then I’m good. Is that a sign im dialating or is it normal pain…

Also throwing in I have been having stomach pain like period cramps/ pains like my stomach is about to tear up… is that contractions? My first I never felt them. I just had pressure down below so this time around im lost lol.
