MMC AT 10w5d, D&C scheduled

I had my first prenatal appointment today, and we experienced the worst possible outcome. The ultrasound showed no heartbeat and development had stopped at 7w, I should be 10w5d. I’ve had no bleeding or cramps, and will be having a D&C on Tuesday. We’re devastated. I had a chemical pregnancy in august/September but got pregnant right after in October. These have been my first ever pregnancies, and I’m just heartbroken. Can anyone share positive stories of pregnancy after MMC? I could use some hope right about now💫😞🌈
