Sex 5 days before ovulation

Anyone actually conceive from only having sex 5 days before ovulation? Is it fairly likely or extremely low chance?

I know they say sperm *can* live in the female body upto 5 days but I'm wondering how likely that is for conception. Ttc but we had some things going on and only had sex 5 days before I ovulated and then the next night which was probably more than the 12-24 hours the egg would survive. Should I just count this month out?
