False peak on clearblue advanced digital ovulation test?

Help me ladies. Started testing with these on cd 9 with first morning urine. Got low fertility. Tested again that night and got flashing smiley high fertility. Next morning on cd 10 I had flashing smiley high fertility. Tested that night and I got a peak solid smiley but when I pulled the test stick out of the holder the window looked flooded and the dye had run. Thought cd 10 was a bit early for me to ovulate and had no other symptoms like ewcm or cramps. Used a new holder this morning on cd 11 and got low fertility result! What do you think? Was it a false peak? I usually ovulate around cd 15 I think.
