Yeast infection?

I think I have a yeast infection but I'm not sure because all the information says a thick cottage cheese like discharge. I feel like my discharge looks about the same but I have noticed thick white cottage cheese like lumps in between my labia. I'm not sure if this makes it a yeast infection or not.

I have covid and can't get to a doctor currently :( so if it is a yeast infection someone might be able to pick me up some over the counter medicine.
