uterine rupture

Can someone explain what the first signs of uterine rupture are… this is my 4th baby 4c section and just had a baby in sep 2021.. I’m having extreme pain when baby moves but it only happens every once and a while and is only at the bottom of my stomach. Seems something like contractions but seems Crampy
