Gestational Hypertension and Treatment
Hi all, I’m a 2nd time mom, 43 yes old and heavier set. Not too surprised to have high blood pressure and I was prescribed Nifedipine and I had terrible side effects. I’m very concerned to keep taking it and will talk to my dr about it. Anyone else experiencing hypertension? How are you coping? I’m improving my diet and walking more. Any other advice?
