If you had an unwanted ejaculation again, then yes, you have to take it again. If you were safe the rest of your cycle, you do not have to take it again.
After taking Plan B, it is not possible to determine when you ovulate, so using the app or calendar will not work until you can figure out what your cycles look like after taking it.
Here are some general info about Plan B:
Plan B (and all its generic versions) works by using a massive dose of birth control hormones (the progestin “levonorgestrel”)  to stop your cycle within 24 hours after taking it, to prevent ovulation and thus conception (no egg, no conception). 
The side-effects from taking Plan B can be the same as taking/starting birth control pills - headaches, nausea, tender and sore breasts, cramps, abdominal pains, tiredness, dizziness, bleeding and changes to your periods.
After taking it, the pill hormones will begin to leave your body. After about 7 days (maybe a bit sooner), you may experience withdrawal bleeding or spotting. This is an artificially caused period, not menstruation. It is the same artificial period that women on the normal birth control get every 28 days. It may be lighter or heavier than your normal menstruation and you may have breast tenderness, bloating, headaches, back pain, cramps, clots and the whole works, or just some spotting. Do not worry, if you do not get withdrawal bleeding, it does not mean that you are pregnant.
After the hormones are gone, your body must restart its natural cycle. There is no way to predict how this will happen, other than saying it will likely delay your next real menstruation. Your cycle may change totally after this “restart”, or it may stay the same in how often it comes, or the flow pattern. This is one of the reasons why it is emergency contraception, not for regular use.
Plan B has a high success rate. The only real pregnancy risk is if you already ovulated and conceived between sex and about 24 hours after taking Plan B. This is also the reason why you need to take the Plan B pill as soon as possible after the sex.
There is no way to know if the pill worked, except by waiting and seeing. If you suspect that you got pregnant, take a pregnancy test. After 14 days, the test should be accurate, but test again after another week (21 days after) to make sure.
Even if you had sex during your fertile week and did not take Plan B, the chance of getting pregnant (1 out of 3 will get pregnant) is significantly less that the possibility that you will not get pregnant (2 out of 3 will not get pregnant). However, if you think you can be pregnant, take a pregnancy test 21 days after the sex, and repeat the test a week later to confirm the results.
The manufacturer recommends that you take another Plan B if you have another incident more than 24 hours after taking it the first time or If you vomit within 2 hours of taking Plan B.
There is a newer emergency contraceptive called Ella. Ella will work much closer to ovulation (about 8 hours before you ovulate). Unfortunately you need a prescription to get Ella.
If you are taking regular birth control and you followed the instructions accurately, taking a Plan B will not make you any more protected
