Bp elevated and dizziness
So all day today I was feeling very dizzy and light headed as if I were to faint. Later on tonight I started seeing blurry and spots had a very light headache and felt very anxious I could feel ny heart beat bp read 151/90. Should I be concerned I am only 27 weeks pregnant. Slept it off and felt a little better but keep feeling my heart race after a while.
