So for context I have an iud, I’ve had it for a year and 8 months. I have not once had a period while being on it. Recently I’ve had bad bloating, my boobs have increased in size, and I’ve been nauseous. I had unprotected sex one time but he did not finish inside me. For more context I did sports for 14 years and now am in college and do not anymore (if this helps). A few days ago I started getting awful cramps and pain in my ovaries (mainly one). I went to the bathroom and my underwear was filled with brown thick discharge. I just figured it was spotting. The next day there was some blood but it was thick, not runny. Now I’m having lots of blood and brown, with a little bit of white. Nothing is like normal period blood. My pain is almost unbearable. I’m not sure what this is but.
