No sleep
I’m not sure if I’m the only person going through this but as soon as I hit my second trimester I started having night anxiety attacks that have gotten worse over time and now I’m getting nights of insomnia
I hear taking magnesium supplements helps
Is this true?
This is my first pregnancy I’m not stressed and very happy and excited
The anxiety is the feeling of being in closed and not being able to catch my breath
