Bleeding in 1st trimester

Okay so this is my 6th pregnancy. I had 2 miscarriages before having my 3 children. Right now I’m currently around 6 weeks going on 7. I haven’t been to the doctor yet my first appointment is tomorrow which is for the pregnancy test. But today I woke up went to the restroom and I had some discharge with blood. I know it can be normal but I get all scared because of my history. And I also have some light cramping. Any recommendations..
