Possible non-viable pregnancy

So i went to the drs 2 weeks ago and saw a gestational sac measuring 5weeks 5 days it was empty nothing in it. Today i went in and we saw a only a yolk sac measuring 6 weeks 3 days the doctor says it could have been already there but “we just didnt see it” or it could have developed. All that being said she says my gestational sac is not looking good because its not round or oval shaped . Im looking for honest opinions i think im going to miscarry 😭
