Flu 36 weeks

I have the flu and I’m worried about how it’ll affect us since I’m so far along :( I’m on day 3, got diagnosed today. Had a slight fever of 99.7 but none since. I just have a bad cough (both dry and wet), a really sore throat, and nasal congestion. Doctor did prescribe tamiflu but I haven’t picked it up yet. What was your experience with the flu? I did get the shot
