Is this normal plz help

Hi so I had some mild cramping. Hurts slightly more than usual but not bad at all still. Period cramps much worse. But i wiped right after having a stronger (still mild) cramp and this is what came out. Should I be concerned??? Please help I’m a ftm. Also I am 10weeks 2days. Any info or advice would be appreciated thank you
