Implantation bleeding?

So I am pregnant 5+1. But im curious to what probably happened during my TWW. At 9dpo I had this bloated full type of uncomfortable feeling and later that day I went to the loo. When I wiped I was spotting im like great 🤦🏻‍♀️ AF came early, but a few hours later I wasn’t spotting anymore. That’s what prompted me to test the next day & that’s the first time I got a faint positive on my hpt.

Could that have been implantation bleeding? How many of you had implantation?

I’m just curious about what happened lol.
