Digital test?

Why would a digital test say “Not Pregnant” when the strip inside looks like this? Today is the first day of my missed period and I wanted to see the words “pregnant” (I’ve never used a digital and actually spent the money on one this time) I’ve been getting positives on everything else since Sunday and waited until today for accuracy but now I’m just disappointed 😭

If I had a dollar for everytime someone posts these 🤦🏽‍♀️ that’s why they are digital tests, if you were ment to read the lines it would be a regular test.

Digitals work different than dye tests. Digitals aren’t looks for 2 lines they are looking for HCG and if it’s not 25 mIU yet then test will say not pregnant. Like others mentioned digital tests ALWAYS have 2 lines and once it’s open it’s invalid. Post the other tests

Because the strips in digital tests always have 2 lines. The test is now both negative and invalid since you opened it.

It’s invalid like that…digitals have 2 lines in the inside…maybe your hcg is low if you’ve been test positive in other tests? You can ask for a blood test to know for sure.
