Will my newborn be ok?!

So yesterday I was in the kitchen, my 1.5 week old was in her bassinet in my room and my 3 year old comes out holding my baby with her neck not supported and it was back and hanging.. I don’t know how she managed to get her out of the bassinet and I don’t even want to picture how she did it without supporting her neck. Baby wasn’t crying or seemed hurt, she ate her bottle like normal and continued to act normal.. moving her head around and alert. I feel like the worst mom and I explained to my toddler that she can only hold her with help and while sitting. Will my newborn be okay should I worry about brain injury or or neck injury or anything?
