Miscarriage process

Yesterday I went to my ultrasound, unfortunately there was no fetal heart beat. My body hasn’t been cramping or bleeding or spotting or anything.

They said most of the time the body just realizes and it’ll happen natural

How long is that supposed to take? If it doesn’t naturally happen I have to either take a pill to get flushed out or do a d&c

Any experiences? I’m scared of the aftermath and I have no idea how many weeks I was I’m assuming around 7 ( shoulda been close to 10) but they were concerned from the first ultrasound and seen no growth
